CoffeeSock - DIY Coldbrew Kit - 32 oz.
Regular price $22.99 Save $-22.99Complete Kit for making the perfect cold brew coffee easily and eco-friendly! This plastic-free kit brews small batches for small spaces - from the dorm room to the camp site. Prepare the most delicious cold brew coffee in 6-10 hours.
Includes: 1 CoffeeSock Cold Brew Filter - Quart Size and 1 32 oz. mason jar
Instructions: Stretch filter over mouth of jar. Grind 1 cup (3 oz. by weight) of your favourite coffee to a medium/coarse grind. Pour the coffee into the CoffeeSock filter and bloom to start (wet ground thoroughly and let sit for 60 seconds). Fill jar with cold water. Twist neck of filter, wrap tie string around neck a few times and slip neck of filter through glass ring. Allow to soak for 6-10 hrs. Remove filter and rest in mouth of jar to fully drain. Enjoy your freshly brewed 3 cups of ColdBrew concentrate.
Care: Handle like you would other kitchen equipment, but avoid detergents. After brew is complete, remove grounds from filter. Do not allow grounds to remain in filter longer than is necessary to fully drain. Evert filter and brush away most of remaining coffee grounds. Rinse filter well, wring out excess water, and hang to dry. With time oils will build up in the filters. The oils may be removed by boiling in fresh water. This is also an alternative method for sanitization. Sanitize in the same manner when cross contamination is suspected. Allow filters to dry thoroughly between brews.
Filter handmade from USDA Certified organic cotton. Mason jar made of glass and steel. Vegan.
Size: 32 oz / 946 ml
Made in the USA.
Glass mason jar can be reused or recycled. Once worn out, the filter can be composted and the metal ring can be recycled.

Hario V60-02 Ceramic Coffee Dripper (1-4 cups)
Regular price $28.99 Save $-28.99If you are used to making a pot of coffee even when you want just a cup, then this great little brewer may well be your saviour. Arguably the most popular manual brew method over the past decade, the Hario V60-02 is a newer twist on the classic Melitta cones. There are as many opinions on brew method as there are baristas but, once you have found your favourite, this is one of cheapest and most effective ways to make great coffee at home. This method, paired with the appropriate filters (like the CoffeeSock), is ideal for making single cups of coffee directly into the mug - you can make up to 16oz in one brew - and ensures that you only make the coffee that you need. This plastic-free Hario V60 is simple to use, easy to clean, and because it's ceramic, it's better at retaining heat (and much prettier) than plastic!
How to: Put filter paper (or CoffeeSock) into your V60, and place it on top of your mug or server. Rinse the paper with hot water, then discard the water. Grind 15 g (for 1 cup) or 30 g (for 2 cups) of coffee and place it in the filter. Gently tap the V60 to settle the grounds into a flat bed. You'll need a slightly more coarse grind when brewing with 30 g for 2 cups. Gently pour in 50 g (for 1 cup) 50 g (for 2 cups) of water, just off the boil. Stir to make sure all the grounds are wet, and wait 30 seconds. Gently pour in more water until you’ve added a total of 250 ml. Pour using a circular motion. Gently stir again once the pour is complete. Swirl your server or mug, then enjoy!
Made of ceramic.
Dimensions: 11.9 x 14 x 10.2 cm (16 oz capacity)
Made in Japan
Paper packaging can be recycled.
*Ceramic mug not included, but you can find it here!

Regular price $14.99 Save $-14.99A traditional bamboo whisk, also known as a chasen, used in tea ceremonies or to prepare perfectly smooth matcha!
How to: Add 1-2 tsp of matcha into a cup or small bowl. Add 1/4 cup of hot water, just under a boil. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the tea is frothy. Enjoy your matcha tea! To make into a latte, heat and froth milk or your choice. Put milk into a mug, then pour in your prepared matcha tea. Sweeten if you like. Enjoy!
Care: Rinse your bamboo whisk after each use using clean, cold water. You can use a gentle brush to remove any spots or clumps on the prongs. Don't use soap or harsh detergents as they can strip the natural oils of the bamboo.
