It is made of a bamboo handle which is highly sustainable, pesticide free, and made from Giant MOSO Bamboo (not part of the Giant Panda's diet), which grows wild in China. Bamboo is also naturally anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-fungal. The natural plant based bristles are made in the USA with Castor Bean Oil. These bristles are both soft and comfortable while the capillary action absorbs more plaque than standard nylon bristles. The contoured shape make for a superior clean. Quality control is maintained by the Manufacturer's Family and overseen to ensure fair labour practices.

Ingredients: Giant MOSO Bamboo is used exclusively in the handle. Bristles are 62% USA grown Castor Bean, and 38% nylon (which is added only for strength, and handle adhesion. This is the minimum amount of nylon allowed by the FDA. It's as close as you can get to all-natural bristles!)   Organic  GMO-free  Vegan

Cardboard box is 100% recyclable in paper recycling, no tape or glue used. Bioplastic wrapper is 100% compostable in industrial composting. Bamboo handle is 100% compostable (or you can reuse as a plant marker!). Bristles can be recycled wherever nylon is recycled.
